Riley grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She attended University Laboratory School where she graduated in 2014. She then attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business and Minored in Law and Legal Reasoning.
Following her graduation from Southern Methodist University in 2017, she worked in Sydney, Australia, and the Napa Valley. Riley then continued her education at Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center where she graduated Cum Laude in 2021. During her time in law school, Riley received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Administration of Criminal Justice I, The Legal Profession, Health Law Survey, and Estate Planning and Taxation Practice.
She was also a member of the Board of Advocates, competed in both internal and external Moot Court as well as Ira S. Flory Mock Trial Competitions and worked as an academic tutor for Basic Civil Procedure I and Administration of Criminal Justice I. Riley served as a judicial extern for both the Honorable Judge William Morvant at the 19th judicial district court and the Honorable Judge John W. deGravelles at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana.
In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog Bleu.
